These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.vantahr.com (the “Site”), operated by VantaHR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“VantaHR,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Information only; no professional advice
Content on the Site is general information about human resources, employee relations, and related topics. It is not legal, tax, financial, or mental health advice, and it isn’t tailored to your situation. VantaHR is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
2. No client relationship
Using the Site, submitting a form, emailing us, or attending a free consultation does not create a client, consulting, or coaching relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement. Until then, VantaHR has no obligation to keep information you send confidential, so please don’t send confidential or sensitive information.
3. Results and examples
Client outcomes, figures, and examples on the Site describe past work and are illustrative. They don’t guarantee similar results. Every organization’s and individual’s circumstances are different. Coaching and career services do not guarantee employment, promotion, or any particular outcome.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and methodologies, belong to VantaHR or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. VANTAHR® and the VantaHR logo are trademarks of VantaHR, LLC. You may view and print Site content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation
- Scrape, copy, or harvest Site content or contact information by automated means
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as scheduling or payment tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaHR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaHR and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VantaHR harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VantaHR about the Site. Engagements for services are governed by their own signed agreements.
